Decision Points in COPD: What Exacerbation?!

This interactive, case-based CME activity addresses the care of patients with COPD by simulating real-world clinical decision-making. Follow an interprofessional dialogue between a primary care physician, emergency physician, and pulmonologist as they uncover the hidden history of a frequent exacerbator who minimizes her symptoms. Through this realistic clinical vignette, learners will discover how fragmented healthcare systems can obscure recurrent exacerbations and learn strategies to systematically track disease activity.
