This activity is designed to provide practical, patient-centered information that clinicians can immediately apply in everyday practice. It fosters meaningful dialogue among ACC members on the clinical, operational, and professional challenges we encounter daily, creating opportunities to share experiences, insights, and solutions. The activity also strengthens communication and collaboration between cardiovascular care teams and industry partners, supporting the exchange of knowledge that advances patient care. Additionally, participants will explore the evolving healthcare landscape and discuss strategies for navigating the transition from volume-based care to value-based models, with a focus on improving outcomes, quality, and the overall delivery of cardiovascular services.
