6th Annual New York Neurotrauma Consortium Symposium

Healthcare teams managing complex adult and pediatric neurotrauma (brain and spine) often exhibit professional practice gaps, including insufficient knowledge of current evidence-based practices. This leads to suboptimal patient outcomes. Professionals also demonstrate a lack of awareness or inconsistent application of emerging diagnostic tools, treatment principles and cutting-edge therapies (e.g. pediatric spinal trauma, SCI, neurocritical care). This activity will address these knowledge and performance deficiencies to enhance multidisciplinary care and improve patient management.
