This webinar will serve as a review of imaging in abdominal trauma, focusing on blunt trauma and visceral injuries. Learning Objectives: – Understand the clinical approach to abdominal injuries and potential outcomes. – Define the AAST solid organ injury grading scales for liver, spleen, and kidney trauma by using example cases. – Review typical imaging findings of bowel, bladder, diaphragm, pancreas, biliary tree, vascular, and other miscellaneous abdominal trauma. – Utilize injury patterns to suggest the presence of subtle or occult internal injuries. – Review common misinterpretations and misses in trauma imaging to help you make the right call every time.
