ADC-elerating Progress: Targeting TROP2 in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer to Improve Front-Line Care

This enduring activity provides highlights of a discussion between two experts in treating triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and aims. This activity aims to equip clinicians with up-to-date knowledge and practical strategies for integrating emerging data on TROP2-targeted antibody-drug conjugates into the management of advanced, inoperable, or metastatic TNBC, supporting evidence-based decision-making in anticipation of evolving treatment approvals and data presented at SABCS 2025. As a result of this educational activity, we anticipate that learners should be better able to: 1. Identify the role of TROP2-directed ADCs in metastatic TNBC treatment; 2. Compare the latest clinical data on available and emerging TROP2-targeting ADCs for the first-line treatment of patients with TNBC; and, 3. Discuss evidence-based strategies to optimize the selection of appropriate patients for first-line treatment with TROP2-targeting ADCs. Learners have access to downloadable materials for use in clinical practice.
