Interpretation of high resolution CT (HRCT) of chest is a complex task requiring skills and experience. HRCT of chest is the backbone of management of Interstitial Lung Diseases. The objectives of this lecture are to understand the concept of imaging of interstitium, its pathologies and correlation between pathological changes with imaging.
