Beyond Sleep Hygiene: Evidence-Based Behavioral Strategies for Insomnia Management in Primary Care

The goal of this activity is for learners, as members of the healthcare team, to improve the management of insomnia in primary care by strengthening their knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions that significantly improve sleep parameters and their competence in implementing brief behavioral treatment for insomnia, including the use of validated assessment tools and tailored sleep prescriptions.
