Bispecific T-Cell Engager Therapy for CRS and ICANS/Resistance to Antiestrogen Therapy in ER-Positive Breast Cancer

The goal of this program is to improve management of cytokine release syndrome (CRS), immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) and antiestrogen resistance in ER-positive breast cancer. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Describe mechanism of bispecific T-cell engagers in cancer treatment. 2. Identify clinical manifestations of and risk factors for CRS. 3. Implement evidence-based monitoring and treatment strategies for ICANs. 4. Recognize HER2 mutations as drivers of antiestrogen resistance in ER-positive breast cancer. 5. Identify FGFR1 amplifications associated with endocrine therapy resistance.
