This educational activity prepares primary care clinicians to optimize diabetes care through the effective use of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) by examining its rationale, benefits, and broader implementation, while also highlighting the benefits of continuous ketone monitoring (CKM). In line with the 2025 ADA Standards of Care, learners will develop practical skills in interpreting CGM-based ambulatory glucose profile (AGP) data to guide basal insulin adjustments, aiming to improve time-in-range while reducing the risk of hypoglycemia.
