Due to the fact that intensivists affiliate with different departments, scientific updates do not flow smoothly between the subspecialties of critical care. This activity would bridge the interdepartmental knowledge gap and allow for improved communication strategies. Furthermore, this CME activity will allow us to meet our critical care milestones, reduce morbidity and mortality, reduce ICU bounce back and ICU length of stay.
