Enhancing Hospital-Based Care for Patients with SUD/OUD

This self-paced online module equips healthcare professionals with clinical knowledge and tools to provide a structured pathway designed to strengthen hospital-based care for patients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Through a blend of virtual training, expert faculty guidance, case-based learning, and course-based implementation activities, hospital teams will build practical, evidence-based workflows to strengthen patient experience, improve early identification and treatment, support safe discharge planning, and integrate MOUD into routine inpatient care. Participants will complete asynchronous course assignments designed to reinforce key concepts, support real-time practice change, and prepare each site for long-term adoption and sustainability.
