ERcast: Clinical Perspectives 2026

ERcast: Clinical Perspectives is a weekly audio program that provides up-to-date education for frontline clinicians. This interprofessional podcast series expands its reach beyond physicians to all emergency department team members (MD/DO, PA/NP, RNs, EMS, EM pharmacists, ER technicians, social workers), including those in community and rural critical access hospitals. It addresses gaps in emergency medicine education by delivering team-focused, evidence-based content on collaborative strategies to improve patient care and ED operations. At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to: (1) Analyze and integrate literature and consensus-based guidelines to drive meaningful improvements in emergency medicine practice. (2) Apply advanced diagnostic strategies effectively to enhance clinical decision-making and implement optimal treatment plans for patients. (3) Identify key emergency medicine topics, stay current with the latest knowledge, and develop specific skills to address clinical practice gaps and improve patient care quality.
