Examining Disease Processes in Pulmonary Fibrosis and Mechanisms of Action of Novel Targeted Treatments: An Interactive 3D Animation

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF) are two types of PF that are thought to share a progressive fibrosing phenotype. The clinical and pathophysiologic similarities observed across these two conditions have prompted investigation into novel mechanisms of action that may slow or halt disease progression in patients with IPF or PPF. In this interactive 3D medical animation, developed in partnership with BioDigital, you can explore key mediators of inflammation and fibrosis in PF and examine the ways that new and emerging treatments work to interrupt these underlying processes.
