High energy midfoot trauma

Surgeons are unfamiliar with the anatomy and treatment options for midfoot traumatic injuries. Particular gaps in knowledge include early treatment options such as external fixators or bridge plates to maintain length. Definitve treatment remains controversial including midfoot arthrodesis for Lisfranc injuries and management of joint instability of the transverse tarsal joint. The focus of the webinar will be to educate the learner on early and definitive treatment options for management of these injuries including initial stabilization and definitive treatment
