The goal of this program is to improve management of inflammatory myopathies and chronic pain in adults, and diagnosis of skin lesions. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Recognize various clinical presentations of inflammatory myopathies. 2. Interpret biopsy findings in patients with inflammatory myopathies. 3. Apply recommended diagnostic and treatment approaches for patients with chronic pain. 4. Optimize the use of opioids for patients with chronic pain. 5. Identify common skin lesions.
