KRAS-Targeted Therapies in Gynecologic Oncology

Over the past decade, oncology has begun to leverage a rapidly maturing effort to target the KRAS protein in KRAS-altered cancers. This has led to the introduction of targeted therapies with the potential to offer unprecedented benefit to patients. Still, these agents differ greatly in their mechanisms of action, relevant alterations, and adverse event profiles. In this module, expert faculty discuss the use of RAS/MAPK inhibitors in the setting of RAS-altered gynecologic malignancies. In particular, the speakers will address patient selection, expectations regarding efficacy, and the management of adverse events associated with novel targeted therapies for these patients.
