Maximizing Trust and Reducing Resistance

TMP training empowers HCPs to use communication best practices to drive quality outcomes such as immunization rates, preventative visit adherence, and screenings. HCP’s will learn that rather than fear mongering and quoting statistics, they should listen, empathize and understand patients. Trust built by these measures will have a greater chance of engaging patients who are non-compliant or have hesitancy. Practice modules and examples of various conversation outcomes will assist with this important skill set.
