The goal of this activity is for learners, as members of the healthcare team, to improve their ability to recognize the epidemiology and zoonotic potential of notable influenza A viruses and to appropriately identify, test, and initiate management of suspected zoonotic influenza infections in patients with relevant animal exposures.
