This on-demand fellowship builds comprehensive expertise in breast MRI interpretation, from foundational technique to advanced case-based analysis. Learners work through MRI protocol optimization, the ACR BI-RADS MRI lexicon, enhancement and kinetic-curve characterization, and structured reporting, progressing to abbreviated MRI, background parenchymal enhancement, and post-treatment and implant evaluation. An integrated case module and faculty case discussions reinforce systematic interpretation and multimodality correlation. The program prepares radiologists to apply breast MRI confidently across screening, staging, and problem-solving.
