HealthVine is a network of pediatric care providers and organizations that connect to help children be healthier, more effectively and affordably. Through collaboration and combined team expertise, the HealthVine care providers coordinate care and support services for youth with complex medical and behavioral health concerns and their families. Care managers and care coordinators must be knowledgeable, highly skilled, adaptable to enable children to thrive by living their healthiest lives. HealthVine care providers need behavior health training throughout the year to enhance and enrich their knowledge in their dynamic roles.
