This course reviews placental grading across gestation, emphasizing normal maturation versus pathologic change. Learners will examine placental development, sonographic grading, calcifications, lakes, septations, common pitfalls, and reporting language. The goal is to improve consistency in placental assessment and reduce overcalling of premature placental aging.
