Following this activity, participants should be able to: (1) Describe the epidemiology, pathobiology, and prognostic features of mantle cell lymphoma; (2) Discuss the changing role of chemoimmunotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) in the front-line setting; and (3) Outline the second line and subsequent therapy options immunotherapeutics and non-covalent BTKis that can be considered for patients who experience progression during or following covalent BTKis.
