Restoring Function: Targeting Orexin Deficiency in Narcolepsy Type 1

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to explain the importance of targeting the orexin pathway as the underlying cause of narcolepsy type 1 (NT1) in order to better manage the individual, going beyond excessive daytime sleepiness and cataplexy to also address other neuropsychiatric symptoms, including cognition.
