Upon completion, participants should be able to: Choose the best option for index surgery for complex rotator cuff tears and manage revision surgery for failed prior surgery. The options will range from revision arthroscopic procedures, to adding biologic augmentation, to tendon transfer and arthroplasty combined with rotator cuff revision repair.
