Throughout the past several years, burnout and illness have greatly impacted the healthcare workforce. Stress injuries and illness impact the individual, their teams, and patient safety and outcomes. Healthcare workers need strategies and tools to identify and manage stress-related injuries in themselves and their colleagues. This training will help people identify symptoms of stress injury and offer support and tools for those impacted.
