“The goal of this program is to improve blood management in patients with trauma and the management of workforce challenges in anesthesiology. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to: 1. Optimize blood management strategies in patients with class 3 or higher hemorrhage. 2. Compare various resuscitation strategies in patients with trauma. 3. Develop appropriate treatment strategies for patients with trauma-induced coagulopathy. 4. Identify the causes of the current shortage in anesthesia care professionals. 5. Implement changes to reduce the gap between supply and demand for anesthesia care professionals.”
