This webinar focuses on building sustainable and compliant billing models for integrated pediatric behavioral health care across a range of service delivery approaches. Participants will explore how billing and coding differ across consultation-based models (including Child Psychiatry Access Programs), co-located services, and fully integrated care models such as Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) and the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM). The session will also address key considerations for telehealth, including audio-only services and rural practice requirements, as well as strategies for accurately capturing time-based services, care coordination, and multidisciplinary team-based care. Emphasis will be placed on practical workflows, documentation standards, and avoiding common billing errors while supporting high-quality, longitudinal pediatric care in both in-person and virtual settings.
