Aiming to reduce delays in diagnosis of interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) like pulmonary fibrosis, CHEST and Three Lakes Foundation have brought together experts from pulmonary and primary care medicine to create clinician-facing resources to enhance collaboration between specialties and educate clinicians in the early detection of ILDs to improve treatment options and slow disease progression. The ILD Clinician Toolkit includes: An e-learning module discussing strategies for early detection of ILDs A patient questionnaire to use when ILDs are suspected Thoracic radiology videos that cover key findings and pertinent clinical diagnostics regarding imaging of diffuse lung diseases An interactive decision-making tool that takes you through three patient scenarios and outcomes
