Optimizing ILD Management: Enhancing Diagnostics, Coordination, and Patient-Centered Care

This enduring activity addresses challenges in the timely diagnosis and coordinated management of fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs). Expert faculty will highlight the consistent use of structured diagnostic guidelines, baseline screenings, and AI-assisted tools to reduce diagnostic delays and disparities in care. Through discussions of real-world cases, learners will explore standardized multidisciplinary referral pathways, shared decision-making strategies, and approaches to support consistent follow-up and optimize patient-centered outcomes in fibrosing ILDs. Point-of-care tools, such as a personalized poster portal, diagnosis wizard, patient journey tool, and microlearning resources, will reinforce learning and facilitate practice change to enhance diagnostic accuracy, care coordination, and patient-centered outcomes in fibrosing ILDs.
