Can We Do Better? Choosing an Adjuvant CDK4/6 Inhibitor for HR+/HER2- Early Breast Cancer

Despite the effectiveness of endocrine therapy, disease recurrence remains a significant challenge for patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer. Up to 20% of patients will experience relapse within 10 years of diagnosis. This activity explores the role of CDK4/6 inhibitors as adjuvant therapy for HR-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer, criteria for identifying high-risk patients, and the safety and efficacy profiles of available agents.
