This on-demand fellowship focuses on digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) in both screening and diagnostic settings. Learners explore DBT physics and workflow, increased cancer detection and reduced recall rates, structured BI-RADS interpretation, and the use of 3D morphology as a problem-solving tool for architectural distortion and summation artifacts. An integrated case module and faculty case discussions address post-treatment imaging, subtle findings, and emerging trends including AI and synthetic 2D imaging. The program helps radiologists strengthen tomosynthesis interpretation and diagnostic confidence.
