Across the healthcare team, faculty and clinical educators practice in complex, interprofessional environments but demonstrate gaps in advanced teaching strategies, simulation pedagogy, leadership skills, research competency, and effective interprofessional collaboration. These gaps are driven by evolving educational modalities, limited formal preparation for leadership and team-based roles, time constraints, and insufficient integration of population health and social determinants of health into teaching and practice. This educational activity addresses these gaps by strengthening interprofessional teaching, leadership, research, and collaborative skills, enabling healthcare team members to improve educational quality, team performance, and ultimately patient and population health outcomes.
