Navigating ADC Therapy in Lung Cancer: An APP Guide to Selection, Safety, and Care Coordination

This educational activity presented at JADPRO 2026 will provide US-based oncology advanced practice providers and oncologists with practical, case-based education on the evolving role of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Expert faculty will review approved and emerging ADC therapies; biomarker-informed patient selection and testing considerations; proactive monitoring and management of common and serious treatment-related adverse events, including interstitial lung disease/pneumonitis; and APP-led multidisciplinary strategies to support patient education, adherence, care coordination, and quality of life. Interactive polling and real-time question-and-answer discussion will support application of evidence-based, guideline-concordant approaches in clinical practice.
