Spotlight on B7-H3 ES-SCLC: Applying ADC Evidence in Real-World Practice

This live satellite symposium uses an interactive, case-based Q Challenge format with audience polling to examine treatment decisions in post-platinum extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). Through clinical case scenarios, expert faculty discuss B7-H3 directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) evidence. They ll cover patient eligibility, treatment selection, CNS activity, and sequencing considerations in the context of other second-line options such as a bispecific delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) directed CD3 T cell engagers. Clinical cases also focus on treatment-emergent interstitial lung disease (ILD), addressing recognition, differential diagnosis, grading, monitoring, corticosteroid management, and coordination between oncology and pulmonology. Through expert commentary and decision-making checkpoints, the activity applies clinical trial data and toxicity-management guidance to real-world patient selection and multidisciplinary care.
