Neck and upper back complaints can be challenging to evaluate in primary care, particularly when neurologic symptoms are present. Through demonstrations of key orthopedic exam maneuvers, this session will help clinicians distinguish radiculopathy, myelopathy, and musculoskeletal pain; recognize red-flag findings; and use physical examination findings to guide decisions about imaging, referral, and management.
