Through this engaging, cohort-based program, participants build practical skills, deepen their knowledge, and grow their confidence alongside peers who share a commitment to improving mental health care for children and families. The program includes three meaningful steps: a live training workshop with expert-led instruction and hands-on skill-building, self-directed independent learning tailored to individual interests, and an applied learning experience that brings new knowledge and real-world practice together. The program will consist of a blend of synchronous, asynchronous, and simulated activities. Participants who complete all three steps, earning at least 20 hours of continuing medical education (CME) will be recognized for their commitment to advancing pediatric mental health care.
