Head and neck and endocrine pathology can often be diagnostically challenging due to the complexity of disease and the diversity of entities that can be encountered. In addition, the field is ever evolving with advances in molecular diagnostics, the identification of novel entities, and updated classification schemes. It can be challenging for pathologists to remain up to date and accurate diagnosis is essential for prognostication and risk stratification. This course is designed to provide a practical approach to the diagnosis of both common and uncommon lesions encountered in head and neck/endocrine pathology. Participants will become familiar with updated classifications, key diagnostic features, as well as important prognostic features of varying entities encountered in daily practice.
