Rapid Peak Cilta-cel Expansion is Associated with Delayed Neurotoxicity (DNT) in Multiple Myeloma (MM)

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to describe CAR-T cell kinetics and their association with efficacy and toxicity in a retrospective analysis of patients with RRMM treated with idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel; n=36) or ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel; n=54), using a uniform flow cytometry-based platform; and describe clinically accessible biomarkers of CAR-T cell expansion using absolute lymphocyte count (ALC) as a surrogate biomarker in a larger multicenter cohort (ide-cel, n=276; cilta-cel, n=256).
