The Violence Prevention ECHO is designed to: 1) improve communication skills for health professionals regarding the many causes of violence and gun deaths in society- so that they can talk to their patients, family members and community members to increase patient/community safety. 2) increase knowledge and self-efficacy regarding multi-factorial causes of violence in the US (domestic violence/interpersonal violence/suicide/accidental shootings/mass shootings, etc.) and gun safety.
