This interactive microscopy course offers a practical, case-based review of recent updates in cytologic classification and reporting across key organ systems, including the thyroid, salivary gland, urinary tract, pancreatobiliary tract, serous fluids, lung, soft tissue, and lymph nodes. Participants will explore newly described entities, revised terminology, and updated management guidelines that impact daily diagnostic practice. Emphasis will be placed on diagnostic pearls, common pitfalls, and distinguishing neoplasms from key mimics. Designed for cytopathologists, general pathologists, pathologists-in-training (residents and fellows), and cytotechnologists, this course provides essential tools for accurate, standardized cytology reporting in any practice setting.
