This course is the first of four sessions focused on school nurse leaders’ application of tools developed by the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) to support school nurse practice and optimal student health outcomes. This session will explore the school nurse leader’s role in applying the principles of Leadership and Quality Improvement from the Framework and understanding of the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) updated SISP Evaluation rubric.
