All About Aortic Stenosis is an enduring educational activity designed to address variability in the echocardiographic assessment and grading of aortic stenosis, particularly in technically difficult and hemodynamically complex cases. Inconsistent Doppler acquisition, measurement error, suboptimal alignment, and incomplete integration of guideline-based parameters can contribute to inaccurate severity classification and potentially affect patient management. Through recorded video instruction, written educational content, and knowledge assessment, learners review the anatomy and pathophysiology of aortic stenosis, optimal image acquisition and Doppler techniques, left ventricular outflow tract measurement, continuity equation calculations, dimensionless index, and integration of multiple echocardiographic parameters. The activity also addresses common sources of error and the evaluation of discordant and low-flow, low-gradient aortic stenosis. Learners will strengthen their ability to obtain accurate echocardiographic measurements, recognize technical limitations, apply current guideline-based criteria, and integrate hemodynamic findings when grading aortic stenosis severity. Following the activity, learners should be better prepared to perform consistent, high-quality examinations and provide more accurate and clinically useful aortic stenosis assessments.
