The University of New Mexico has created the Faculty ECHO Program aimed at mentoring faculty within development. The objectives of this program are to help faculty create and use developmental networks, networking skills, and high-quality connections for career development. The program includes 3 topics, each topic consisting of weekly one-hour session for 8 weeks delivered using Zoom. Participants are provided with a set of readings to be completed before each session. During the session, a facilitator delivers a 20-minutes presentation; in the remaining 40 minutes, the facilitators discuss case studies.
